Serving Suggestions:

• Pepper Jellies or Pepper Glazes can be used as a glaze on meat - steak, chicken, pork, ham, etc.
• Toast a bagel, spread with cream cheese, then top with your favorite pepper jelly.

• Spread your favorite pepper jelly over whipped cream cheese on a plate. Serve with crackers, it is a great snack!

• Mix with sour cream and use as a dip with chips or pretzels.
• Drizzle over cheesecake (recipe coming soon).
• Use as an ice cream topping - very unusual, and very tasty!

*Be sure to always use clean utensils when dipping into the jelly. You do not want to get uncooked meat juices into the unused portion of the jelly.
